First of all materials is fed to system via a feeding conveyor and material enters the system. After that materials enter to a disc screen with big gaps between discs, cardboards generally separated here.

Then disc screen with smaller gaps or the ballistic separator will separates the rejects in the materials. The remaining material goes to optical separator which sorts the material according to customer demand. By increasing the number of optical separators, detailed sorting can be provided according to the type of incoming material and on demand.
