FULLY AUTOMATIC SOLID WASTE SORTING PLANTS
It is the plant where the sorting process is mostly processed by mechanical equipment, optical separators and personnel mostly positioned for quality control and operation.
In a fully automatic sorting plant, there are usually machines such as feeding crane, bag opener, drum screen, ballistic separator, optical separator, magnetic separator, aluminum separator and baler press.
In the design of these plants, analysis of waste, recycling materials to be separated, capacity, labor costs these factors are taken into consideration.

The sorting efficiency is high compared to manual sorting plant, it can easily recognize materials that people have difficulty to distinguish, and working performance remain constant throughout the shift.
